Months of rumors, news, confirmations, and denials, now if we can say that the new generation of Xbox begins with the arrival of the two new desktop consoles from Microsoft.
Two different models, but both with the heart of a new generation, Xbox Series X arrives to conquer the hearts of the most demanding gamers and Xbox Series S arrives to complement and offer a digital-only platform for those who seek immediacy. Each one with its benefits, both consoles will share the immediate future of the brand that we hope from the Xbox newsroom is extremely productive and full of unforgettable experiences.
Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S now officially available
At the moment getting an Xbox Series X in the market is a bit complicated, but we hope that Microsoft in the coming weeks will begin to replace units. Xbox Series S is still available in many stores, so with this second, there will be no stock problems at least in the short term.
We hope you enjoy your new consoles and do not hesitate to tell us your first impressions of the console and what you expect from the new generation of Xbox.

Double presence for Microsoft with two of its star products: the Xbox Series S and the Surface Duo in the list of “The best inventions of 2020” compiled by the prestigious Time magazine.
According to the publication, Microsoft’s new console is more than just a next-generation gaming device; it is the foundation stone of what could become the Netflix of video games with what they call their secret weapon: the Xbox Game Pass.
Time also highlights that the price of the console can make it the gateway for many people who are not willing to spend an excessive price to enter the new generation
Xbox Series S and Surface Duo among the best of 2020
The list is made up of 100 inventions launched in this 2020 so particular for everyone and another of the positions is occupied by the Surface Duo also from those of Redmond mainly for its folding design.
Although it is true that the device may not have the same features as other traditional devices, it is constantly looking for innovation or as Time puts it:
“The Surface Duo feels like a concept device, but also a glimpse into the future of notebook computers. It won’t replace your iPhone with its amazing camera, but you can see that it will one day. “
This is how the Master Chief Collection performs in all its Xbox versions
After several months that many of us have seemed endless, the time has finally come to enjoy the new generation of consoles, as Microsoft last week launched the new Xbox Series X and Series S, which have been a success in sales both in reserves and in the batch that we have had these days.
Although many of us would have liked to be able to play Halo Infinite with the launch of these new consoles, we have a good number of games optimized and prepared to take advantage of the new hardware, something to which the Master Chief Collection has been added does nothing.
Master Chief Collection performs great on both Xbox One and Xbox Series
Without a doubt, the new generation is giving incredible moments just beginning, since although the collection has not been patched to take advantage of the hardware, we already saw a few days ago that these consoles work their magic as well, especially with loading times.
But now we have the Master Chief Collection fully ready to work on Xbox Series, something that can be clearly seen in the new video of the ElAnalistaDeBits channel, in which we can see how loading times, resolution, drawing distance, and frames per second improve notably, although this collection also demonstrates great performance on Xbox One, save for Halo 2 Anniversary which has fps issues.
It is also important to mention that this works at 120 fps on Xbox Series X / S, although they are being measured with the limit of 60. What is clear is that the new generation is going at full speed and without drops.
The Master Chief Collection is at its best on both Xbox and PC and we expect the folks at 343 Industries to reveal details on Halo Infinite in a few weeks, which we are really looking forward to.
