Ninja Theory Showcases Gameplay in Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, Looks Very Realistic!

One of the surprises presented at The Game Awards 2021 awards ceremony a few days ago was the reveal of the gameplay of the game Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II made by Ninja Theory.
How not, the game, which was first announced at The Game Awards 2019, comes with a pretty convincing concept.
Now fans can see what the gameplay of the game looks like and one word that can be said is that this game will be a real next-gen game.
How not, through the gameplay trailers shown by Ninja Theory and Xbox, the transition between cutscenes and gameplay in Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II looks very smooth plus the visual quality is really really so it feels like watching a movie.
From the 6-minute trailer, it can be seen that the main character, Senua and his group, is fighting a giant creature without legs. But what they did made the creature angry and killed many people.
Not only from the gameplay and visuals, but the audio to the acting of Senua’s character in the gameplay trailer is also indeed very good so that many gamers are curious and want to play the game.
Unfortunately, there is no information regarding when the game will be launched. What is clear, this game will be available on the Xbox Series X/S platform and PC only and developed using the latest Unreal Engine 5.

Metro Last Light turns ten: free on Steam for a few days

Metro Last Light is free on Steam for a limited time: you can redeem it until Thursday 25 May. The developers of 4A Games have decided to proceed with the initiative to celebrate the tenth birthday of the title, the second of the Metro franchise (which, at least so far, is a trilogy).
Unfortunately, we are talking about the Redux reissue released a couple of years later, which is based on a more recent version of the graphics engine, but if nothing else it is the Complete Edition which contains all the DLCs. You can find it by following this link. Naturally, the game is free “forever”: once redeemed, it will be part of your library like any other title.
The franchise grew out of Russian author Dmitry Glukhovsky’s short story Metro 2033, released in 2005. It is the dystopian story of a post-apocalyptic Russia trying to recover from the aftermath of a nuclear holocaust 20 years earlier. Initially, the story was published on their website completely free of charge, and over time it has evolved into a multifaceted and globally recognized franchise.
Ironically, the games, all attributable to the survival horror FPS genre, are developed by a Ukrainian studio (or rather, founded in Ukraine but based in Malta for almost ten years). Glukhovsky and other authors continued to expand the Metro universe with more or less short stories; Glukhovsky, who is also a journalist, recently sided with Ukraine in the conflict triggered by his motherland, so much so that the Kremlin issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of defamation of the Russian army, due to a post on Instagram, and faces up to 15 years in prison if caught.
Like Last Light, Metro 2033 also received the Redux treatment with a decidedly more modern graphics engine, still acceptable even today. Exodus, the latest chapter in the saga (so far, at least), is very recent (dates back to 2020).
For the anniversary, all the other titles in the franchise are also on offer, even if not free: in fact, €12.49 is enough to take home the complete saga , which includes the Redux versions of 2033 and Last Light, Exodus and the expansion packs for Exodus. You can find it by following this link .

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League postponed to February 2024 | Official

Rocksteady confirmed the rumors reported by Bloomberg a few weeks ago: his new game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, is delayed, and will be released in spring 2023. To announce it on Twitter was the creative director of the studio, Sefton Hill; sadly the news is what it is, but if nothing else the exclusive animation that accompanies the message is a pretty nice homage to waiting fans. As you can read from the message, Hill doesn’t go too far into the technical reasons that led to the decision: he simply needs more time to complete the game in the best possible way.
If this timeline is met, it will have been almost eight years since the release of Rocksteady’s previous game. It was in fact at the end of June (more precisely on the 23rd, or the third day of summer) when Batman: Arkham Knight was released, the final chapter of the original Arkham trilogy started by the same studio in 2009. Kill the Justice League will be the formal continuation of the saga main: in short, it will take place a few months after the events narrated in Arkham Knight.
However, let’s not expect another open-world single-player like the previous chapters of the saga: the new title should be more devoted to cooperative multiplayer , and will allow you to control four characters, namely Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang. The game was announced in 2020 during the DC FanDome.
According to rumors, the development of a game starring the Suicide Squad, the group of super villains/anti-heroes DC Comics, had begun immediately after the release of Arkham Knight, but the project was being followed by WB Games Montreal. Sometime later it was discovered that the project had been canceled – or rather, had radically changed direction: it then became what we know today as Gotham Knights, whose launch is scheduled for this fall .
Well, it seemed that we were almost there, and instead comes the announcement of a new postponement, which is quite significant. Like the first time, the official post shared on Twitter speaks of a “painful but necessary” decision to guarantee the highest possible quality standard. The appointment is set (at least for now…) on February 2, 2024.
