Halo Infinite launch content is now complete

Halo Infinite was scheduled to see the light in November 2020; This is something that no one is taken by surprise anymore. Although thanks to the criticism that was reported by players about the unfinished appearance of the settings and modeling of their characters, 343 Industries made the difficult decision to delay the new adventure of the Master Chief to this new year that has just begun.

Luckily for those of us waiting for it like May Water, it has been confirmed in its recently released development update that the launch content for this long-awaited title is now ready to be played.

343 Industries’ task with Halo Infinite

Thanks to a statement Quinn DelHoyo has given through Halo Waypoint, we can see that the development team is currently busy. Not to forget to mention that although all the launch content has already been completed, there is still a lot of work ahead in which several bugs that have been found must be fixed.

We have everyone fixing bugs in our launch content and some exciting efforts starting for future updates such as new vehicles, gear, etc. But we are practically testing a lot and looking for ways to polish and improve everything. All of our launch content is already played on a daily basis, but it takes a lot of effort to get something from 90% to 100% quality.

We are pushing hard to eliminate bugs and adjust our game to be in a good place as we get closer and closer to launch. In addition, we are taking time to evaluate the images of certain elements of the sandbox in order to ensure that everything arrives in the way that the art directors envisioned. As a result, some of the sandbox items we’ve shown above may be improving here and thereby the time you see them again.

And you? Are you eager to enjoy the debut of John-117 on the next generation of consoles?

Monster Hunter Rise will run at 120FPS on Xbox Series X

I think it was one of the best bombings we’ve had to close the year. The arrival of Monster Hunter Rise not only on Xbox but also on Game Pass is a good point for owners of the Microsoft machine and especially for those who subscribe to its service.

Thanks to a note released by Microsoft itself on Xbox Wire, we can find out more details about how the game will come to Xbox consoles. This is an important piece of information that is interesting to know because let’s remember that it is a port of the Switch version with improvements for the new generation.

Monster Hunter Rise will harness the power of Xbox Series X

And we are going to focus on Xbox Series X, since it is the most powerful console on the market, it is good that Capcom has decided to go for 120FPS. In fact, the version for this machine will have two modes, performance, and quality. In quality mode, we will play at 60FPS and 4K resolution.

However, if what we want is a higher frame rate, we will have to bet on the performance mode, which lowers the resolution to 1080p with a rate of 120 frames per second. By the way, if you were playing the Switch version, the bad news, the game won’t support cross-save or cross-play with other platforms.

Through the game’s story, you’ll travel to the serene village of Kamura, home to everything you’ll need as a hunter. Join a colorful cast of characters as you become the village’s foremost hunter, some of whom you’ll team up to take on the invading Rampage, a catastrophic event where hordes of monsters descend on the village. Uncover the mystery behind the Rampage as you strive to forge a future for the people of Kamura.

About what the version for Xbox Series S will be like, there is no detailed information. Although it is assumed that you use a balanced version between quality and performance mode.

Even though the PlayStation 5 was just released a little over a year ago, Sony of course already has plans to make a successor to the console.

This was also confirmed by Sony through the documents they provided regarding the rejection of Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

In the document, Sony says that the remaining time for PlayStation’s collaboration with Call of Duty will end in 2027, which Sony says is close enough to the release of its new generation of consoles.

Although it has not been confirmed if the console in question is the PlayStation 6, Sony said that the new generation of consoles will launch in approximately 2028.

“In the near future (2027), SIE will launch the next generation of PlayStation consoles, and will likely lose access to Call of Duty and other Activision games,” wrote Sony.
